Privacy notice

This notice explains how Fitnpay handles information collected through the pre-launch website and waitlist. It does not yet describe every data flow that may exist in the future Fitnpay product.

When you join the waitlist, we may collect your name, email address, business country or region, and any optional answers you give us about your work, client numbers or priorities.

We may also collect basic technical and attribution information such as the Fitnpay market and language you used, referral source, UTM campaign information, device/browser information and country-level location signals where available. We do not ask for precise GPS location to join the waitlist.

We use waitlist information to manage early-access interest, send launch and product updates you asked for, understand demand by market and professional type, improve Fitnpay, protect the site from abuse and measure marketing performance where permitted.

We do not sell your waitlist information.

Fitnpay plans to use Mailchimp to manage the waitlist and send pre-launch emails. Mailchimp and other service providers may process information in countries different from yours. We only give providers the information they need to perform their service.

Essential cookies may be used to make the site work and remember country or currency preferences. Optional analytics should only run according to the consent choices shown on the site. You can revisit Cookie settings from the footer.

We keep waitlist information for as long as it is reasonably needed to run the waitlist, launch Fitnpay, honour your communication preferences and meet legitimate legal or security requirements. If you unsubscribe, we may keep a minimal suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.

You can unsubscribe from any waitlist email. You may also ask to access, correct or delete the personal information Fitnpay holds about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
